Challenge Group signs MOU
Challenge Group has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with China Henan Aviation, the holding company that owns Zhengzhou Xinzheng international airport (CGO), during a signing ceremony held at the Air Cargo China trade show.
The document was signed on 25 June by Yossi Shoukroun, CEO of Challenge Group, and Liu Jianming, vice president of China Henan Aviation, in the presence of Hon Sun Shougang, executive vice governor of Henan Province and Offer Gilboa, founder of the Challenge Group.
The agreement marks a significant step in expanding Challenge Group’s footprint in China. It will increase flight frequency, enhance connectivity (RFS), and boost capacity for e-commerce and other commodities.
Challenge Group currently operates five flights per week from CGO airport and plans to add more services in future to consolidate its position as a multimodal hub for penetrating the Chinese market. (cj)
