CFO and COO: Helrom fills key positions
Helrom has appointed two new executives to its board, thus strengthening its corporate management team. Wolfgang Maier (left) will join the Helman as chief operating officer. He is a renowned and experienced top manager in railfreight transport and the former head of operations at DB Cargo and head of the DB Cargo Control Tower in Duisburg.
Matthias Herrmann (left) has been named chief financial officer. He has international experience in corporate finance and accounting and became of the youngest board members of a listed company at the age of 32 in 2017.
The company says that the profound professional competence and experience of the new executives are further steps on the way to establishing Helrom on the market and continuing its growth course. (cj)
