Ceva launches low-carbon logistics
Ceva Logistics has introduced new sustainable logistics services with the Ceva Forplanet suite. Comprising low carbon transport and circular economy solutions, the new portfolio will enable customers to track and calculate CO2e emissions with precise data and reporting. The service supports transport optimisation and the usage of alternative fuels for air, ocean and road operations.
So far in 2024, Ceva has avoided more than 26,000 t of emissions with sustainable maritime and aviation fuel. The logistics company is also working on closed-loop supply chains and reusable packaging for circular solutions. With Scope 3 emissions accounting for 95% of Ceva’s footprint, this project also aims to help the company reach its own net zero goals by 2050. (mk)
