CBRE France welcomes Karine Paul-De Neef
CBRE, a commercial real estate consultancy, has appointed Karine Paul-De Neef, MRICS, as director of operations & logistics for its Nantes and Rennes offices. Based in Nantes, she will be responsible for developing leasing and investment in the Atlantic Arc.
A native of Angers and a graduate of ESTHUA, Paul-De Neef began her career in the hotel industry in Paris with the Alliance Hospitality and Louvre Hotels groups. She started in the real estate sector with Foncia Entreprise and then spent ten years with Prologis, first as property manager and then as marketing director for six years.
In 2018, Paul-De Neef joined GSE as director of development for the IDF regions before becoming commercial director of JMG Partners in 2020. (cj)
