CBRE appoints new head of investment properties

The real estate company CBRE has appointed Katarína Brydone as head of investment properties of CBRE in Czechia effective from 1 June.

Brydone succeeds Chris Sheils, who spent four successful years in this position and has taken the decision to leave the business following Clare Sheils’ promotion to managing director of CBRE Czechia.

Brydone will be responsible for a team of seven senior consultants, developing strong relationship with the clients and coordinating the purchase and sale of a wide scope of properties ranging from offices, retail and logistics through to hotels and residential buildings.
