Cargo-partner expands intermodal services
Cargo-partner has introduced a number of new rail connections between Asia and Europe to ease capacity shortages caused by Covid-19 related transport restrictions.
Trains carrying part loads now operate between Shanghai (China) and Bucharest (Hungary). For containers, the company has launched a combined ship/rail product between various terminals in China and Immingham in UK.
There is also a new weekly LCL service from Ningo (China) to Dunajska Streda (Slovakia), where Cargo-Partner runs an iLogistics centre with direct rail access. The offer is rounded off with a new train service between Xi’an and in Karlshamn in Sweden and a ship/rail connection between Japan and Europe. (ben)
