Cargo-partner: e-fulfilment takeover
With retroactive effect from 1 April 2021, cargo-partner has taken over Germany-based e-fulfilment and last mile provider Repalog as part of its expansion in the e-commerce market.
Repalog, which advertises its services under the "first choice for the last-mile" slogan, currently cooperates with around 100 local and international parcel service providers and processes more than one million parcel consignments per year.
Located near Frankfurt, Repalog will be integrated into cargo-partner as a new subsidiary. Besides the acquisition of Repalog, cargo-partner has also created a new business unit which focuses entirely on the development and promotion of product solutions for the e-commerce sector worldwide.
