Capa recruits drivers abroad
Mainz-based staffing specialist Capa has reported it is expanding its recruitment of qualified professional drivers to non-EU countries, such as Morocco. In response to the growing shortage of bus and lorry drivers, Capa has developed a modular recruitment and training programme designed as a plug-and-play solution for logistics and public transport firms.
The package includes pre-selection, German language training, and licence qualification, all managed centrally in Germany. The full process takes 26 to 36 weeks. Capa’s first clients include a large southern German public transport provider. With over 2,500 candidates in the pipeline, Capa aims to support companies with long-term workforce planning through international driver integration. (js)
