Cache Logistics Trust buys warehouse in Australia
Cache Logistics Trust intends to acquire a single-storey logistics warehouse and office facility located in Altona, close to Melbourne. The property, costing AUD 41.2 million, is situated on an 83'000 sqm tract of land with a net lettable area of 38'000 sqm.
The warehouse has good logistics specifications, including a ceiling height clearance of 8.5 to 11 m and a super-sized 6,600 sqm canopy which provides for a truck drive-through capability and all-weather access.
The property is currently 76% anchored by a Melbourne-based transport and logistics company specialising in container transport services in the city's metropolitan and regional areas. (mw)
