Britannia promotes Simon Williams
Britannia’s managers continue to strengthen their senior management team, with Simon Williams taking on the role of chief underwriting officer (CUO) of Britannia P&I Club and Mike Hall focusing on his position of deputy chief executive officer (DCEO), which includes overseeing Britannia’s London operations and regional hubs.
Williams joined Britannia in 2017 and was promoted to deputy chief underwriting officer in 2019, with responsibility for the London-based underwriting team and a a particular focus on the Club’s European membership.
Prior to joining Britannia, Williams worked at another P&I Club where he was a group director. His promotion allows Hall to concentrate on his role as DCEO. (cj)
