Bremen-based company builds hub in the Jade Weser Port
The Bremen (Germany)-based company Peper & Söhne Projekt has signed a leasehold contract for a 26,000 sqm plot within the cargo handling centre Jade Weser Port Wilhelmshaven. In this space, immediately adjacent to the entry into the centre, the company plans to build the multi-user hall “Atlantic One”, offering a wide range of services on about 12,000 sqm.
The logistics facility will have a room height of around 10 m and may be divided into up to ten units with a minimum size of 540 sqm. Every unit will have at least one access gate on road level. The multi-user hall will be equipped with ten ramps and three HGV yards with ten dock levellers in total. Up to 745 sqm of the property can be used as office space.
The facility is expected to be completed during the course of 2020. Robert C. Spies Gewerbe und Investment, a real estate broker also based in Bremen, will be responsible for marketing the property. (kd)
