Booking land, air and sea freight in the blink of an eye
DB Schenker customers can now book freight shipments online regardless of the transport mode via the company’s new Connect digital platform. Every customer can obtain access to the German service provider’s international transport network at the click of a mouse.
DB Schenker rolled out Connect 4.0 for its land transport services in Germany and Spain in August 2018; now clients can book air and sea freight shipments via the platform.
Customers can use the offer to have their seafreight shipments delivered door-to-door in more than 50 countries worldwide. The airfreight offer is initially for shipments from Germany to the most important export countries. (ben)
