Bolloré Logistics launches new IoT-based offer
At this year's transport and logistics trade fair in Munich, Bolloré Logistics is launching a new offer - namely real time monitoring.
Based on the internet of things (IoT) and intelligent data processing, the offer delivers real-time monitoring of end-to-end shipments. It is also equipped with a proactive alert management system to ensure the integrity of the goods being transported.
Thanks to an on-board sensor, all data such as location, temperature, hygrometry, brightness and possible shocks are collected all along the supply chain.
Centralised on a 24/7 accessible digital platform, the data is analysed in real time by dedicated teams who will alert customers of any deviation and also prevent and correct any errors through dedicated continuity plans. (mw)
