Board mutations at NYSHEX
Several changes have been made to the board of directors of the New York Shipping Exchange (NYSHEX). Peter Hildebrandt, a Maersk VP and senior transformation partner, now represents carriers, and April Zobel, The Andersons' logistics and export manager, has been selected to represent shippers.
The other newcomers are Philip London, technology management consultant and advisor and Jesper Praestensgaard, Humanostics' managing partner, who will serve as board chairman.
The NYSHEX board includes two shipper and two carrier representatives to ensure the exchange focusses on meeting its members' needs and on providing a governance structure that is fair, transparent and compliant. (mw)
