Bigger warehouse with direct link to Metrans
The international transport and logistics provider Cargo-Partner has extended its Dunajska Streda (Slovakia) facility by 4,100 sqm, taking it to just over 18,300 sqm. The site, which is next to the Metrans container terminal, offers cross-docking opportunities for intermodal transport to Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Trieste, Koper and Rijeka.
Cargo-Partner’s warehouse has 24,000 pallet spaces and nine loading ramps from where consolidated containers can be loaded directly onto a train.
Cargo-Partner says it is the only logistics company in Slovakia with a storage facility that is directly linked to the Metrans terminal and its large container handling centre. (ben)
