Bigger facilities in Baltimore and Charlotte
Seko Logistics has opened two new regional distribution hubs in Baltimore and Charlotte on the US East Coast.
The new Baltimore operation offers over 48,000 sqm of warehouse space to support clients in the medical, e-commerce and defence sectors. Services include inspection and acceptance, packaging and labelling, reverse logistics, and last mile services. The facility is also certified for handling and managing logistics for medical devices.
Seko has also completed a ten-fold expansion of its existing office in Charlotte, North Carolina, led by managing director Jim Duffy. The warehouse now measures 34,000 sqm.
Enhancements are planned in "other prime locations such as Los Angeles, Chicago, New Jersey and Atlanta as well,” says Brian Bourke, Seko’s chief growth officer. (sh)
