After twelve months of construction, Glencar has completed a 19,417 sqm hub in Basingstoke, which is intended as a logistics facility for longstanding customers and partners.
The building has a 15 m clear internal height, 19 dock doors, and almost 1,022 sqm of office space. With energy-saving systems, solar panels, and a Breeam excellent rating, it will enable users to cut costs and focus on sustainability.
Glencar developed the facility for Wrenbridge, a long-term costumer, its funding partner Bridges Fund Management and GLP, a logistics provider. The location at G-Park Basingstoke provides access to the local industrial area and good transport networks, enabling Wrenbridge to serve London or southeast markets.
