B767 operations keep ATSG flying high
Air Transport Services Group announced three-year extensions of agreements under which subsidiaries of ATSG will continue to lease fourteen B767F to DHL and operate eight of those aircraft within DHL’s North American network.
ATSG President and CEO Joe Hete: "We are extremely proud of our fifteen year relationship with DHL and look forward to many more years of providing, operating and maintaining aircraft in support of DHL’s expanding global logistics network." In Q1/2019, ATSG's customer revenues were USD 348.2 million (+71% yoy).
Revenues and earnings benefited from additional flying for the department of defence and other customers, and from the deployment of freighter aircraft to lease customers during 2018. Additional B767 will be converted to freighters and deployed in H2/2019. (ah)
