B&S Logistik expands its facilities in Bremen
B+S Logistik und Dienstleistungen continues to extend its facilities in the freight transport centre (GVZ) in Bremen (Germany). To this end, Goodman is building a new logistics complex covering an area of about 30,000 sqm, which can be divided into three equal units.
B+S will be the first lessee to move into this real estate. The new Goodman building will be erected on a brownfield on the premises of the GVZ Bremen, only twelve kilometres away from the city centre. Located near the Neustädter port and north east of the motorway, the new facility will be an attractive location for logistics services with close links to shipping routes, railways and road transport.
B+S will use its additional capacities in Bremen mainly for an already existing customer, but also to plan more expansion projects. (mw)
