At the gates of Paris
Logistics Capital Partners (LCP) has just completed the acquisition of a brownfield area in the French city of Gennevilliers. Its plan is to develop a warehouse at the gates of Paris.
The redevelopment of the site will begin in September for delivery of the facility in the second quarter of 2023. Once renovated, the building will offer 17,000 sqm of storage, business premises and offices, divisible into different units.
For this acquisition, LCP was advised by CBRE. “Good logistics territory in Europe, and more particularly in Ile-de-France, is very limited. Thanks to this acquisition, LCP is able to offer clients a rare stocking option for last mile logistics”, said James Markby , Founder and Director of Logistics Capital Partners. (sh)
