Astre Península Ibérica on an expansion course
Astre Península Ibérica, the Spanish network of transport SMEs, grew significantly in the last year, with the association reporting a 12.1% rise in turnover. Astre Península Ibérica strengthened its local position by appointing two representatives per region in Spain and Portugal who will implement the objectives and directives of the network.
Astre won new members in 2018, as for example the Portuguese transport company Figueiredo & Figueiredo. It also launched the consolidated cargo network A.L.I.
In 2019 Astre plans to increase its geographic distribution and broaden its range of logistics services. (mw)
