Arnold Group enlarges business field
The Arnold Group, based in in Rimpar, between Frankfurt and Nuremberg (Germany), has added a new division – Arnold Logistics – to its existing heavylift business field (Arnold Schwerlast) and forwarding sector (Arnold Spedition). The new unit offers full and part-load services.
Managing director Oliver Arnold says that the LTL segment is particularly promising, as he can make tailor-made and price-performance ratio optimised offers even for smaller deliveries.
The new division aims to handle at least 15 to 20 LTL shipments per week by the end of 2020. Arnold Logistics will offer, for example, truck departures from Western Europe to Turkey and vice versa.
In addition to customary transport services, the new business field will also provide temperature-controlled, bulky, heavylift and special haulage services. (mw)
