Aquaculture and whales
Two months after announcing the development of 1.1 sqkm dedicated zone for aquaculture and related industries the Kezad Group, from Abu-Dhabi, and Flying Whales, a French-Canadian aeronautical company, have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding.
Kezad operates integrated and purpose-built economic zones in the Middle East and is a part of the AD Ports Group, and Flying Whales develops clean technology for air cargo transport.
The collaboration aims to contribute to a greener future for air cargo, relying on the LCA60T unit from Flying Whales, a large-capacity airship that can carry 60 t of cargo (point to point) with minimal environmental impact.
It will also enhance Kezad’s role as a global trade hub, increasing sustainable cargo mobility between the corporation’s sites and India, Africa and Europe. (ah)
