Another takeover in France
The Mousset group, an international, family-run transport and logistics company with 2,800 employees spread over 160 sites in France, Poland and Morocco, is acquiring Sodytrans transport.
Specialising in the transport of cereals in skips and trays, Sodytrans achieves a yearly turnover of EUR 4 million with 28 employees. The acquisition adds a new hub to Mousset’s network in the Northwest of France.
According to Mousset, which is headquartered in the Vendée region, synergies will also be developed with Nego Transports, a company that the group took over in 2017.
Marie-Thérèse Lazzari, managing director of Sodytrans, will stay on board until the handover to Aurel Trubert, director of Nego Transports and Verrières, is accomplished. (sh)
