Another step forward for Belgrade–Budapest rail line
RZD International and Serbian Railways have signed a construction/refurbishment work and material procurement contract for the second stage of the double-track high speed (200 km/h) line on the 40.44 km long Stara Pazova – Novi Sad section of the Belgrade – Budapest railway line.
In addition, RZD International will design and construct an integrated traffic control centre in Serbia, as well as map out a reconstruction and modernisation scheme for the 210 km long railway line connecting Valjevo – Vrbnica – Montenegro frontier, with a view to its following implementation.
