An acquisition in Canada
Michigan (USA)-based Lineage Logistics is acquiring Canada’s Versa Cold Logistics Services from Tor Quest Partners and its co-investors the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario and OP Trust. Financial details were not disclosed.
Founded in 1941 and headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, Versa Cold is currently running 24 temperature-controlled facilities comprising 38 million sqm of storage and 361,000 pallet positions. Its network also covers metropolitan markets like Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton and Montreal. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3/2022. (sh)
