All Solutions joins Dimotrans
Dimotrans reports that it has acquired All Solutions, a French company that specialises in national road chartering of full and part truckload freight, strengthening its road transport division.
Based in Holtzheim, All Solutions operates twelve sites, providing national and international freight services. The acquisition enhances Dimotrans’ capabilities in multimodal transport and logistics.
“All Solutions’ expertise complements the Dimotrans Group’s know-how in international multimodal general cargo and logistics," said Laurent Parat, managing director of the Dimotrans Group. The integration will be led by Marco Fusco, Dimotrans’ strategy director, with All Solutions’ leadership, including Olivier Hammes, remaining in place.
“This acquisition is fully in line with our strategic plan," said Fusco. According to Dimotrans, the acquisition will make it "one of the leading providers of road transport contracts in France.” (js)
