Additional storage space in Magdeburg
Rhenus Warehousing Solutions is continuing to expand its network in Germany and renting 70,000 sqm of warehouse space in Magdeburg-Sülzetal.
Customers in the e-commerce, engineering and chemicals sectors will primarily benefit from the additional storage space, which will be available at the site operated by logistics property developer VGP as from summer 2024.
The park spans an area of around 300,000 sqm in total. Rhenus is not only renting warehouse and logistics space but also office, social and technical premises – as well as parking spaces for cars and trucks.
This enables the international logistics specialist to strengthen its activities in Saxony-Anhalt and expand its portfolio for production, industrial and commercial logistics, the company said. Rhenus already leases properties at several other German parks operated by VGP. (ben)
