Additional facilities for Seafrigo Group
The Seafrigo group, a major player in controlled-temperature logistics for food products, is setting up a facility in the Seafrigo Logistics Park in the port of Le Havre. The centre, near Le Havre’s Red Bridge, will include two warehouses whose construction began in September.
The buildings, designed for the storage of dry products, will cover around 30,000 sqm each. The centre is due to enter service in October 2021. Seafrigo already operates 16,000 sqm of buildings dedicated to the fresh and deep-frozen products.
Thibault Delamain, the CEO of AG Real Estate France, which owns the building constructed for Seafrigo, told the media that “we’ve already invested in Le Havre; specifically in a 92,000 sqm logistics project, which is scheduled to be delivered in the second quarter of 2021.” (sh)
