ACI regional branch rebrands in Riyadh
Following the launch of its new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will work closely with its Hong Kong headquarters, ACI Asia-Pacific has been rebranded as ACI Asia-Pacific and Middle East (ACI Apac & Mid). The trade association, which represents 623 airports from 47 countries/territories, says that this addition will better reflect the regions it serves.
The aviation industry in the Middle East has been one of the fastest growing and most dynamic markets worldwide over the last two decades, driven by factors such as its geographic location, government support and investment in infrastructure and technology.
President Emmanuel Menanteau: "Our goal is to be a strong voice for airports in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East, by strengthening our advocacy programmes and ensuring that the region remains at the forefront of global aviation." (ah)
