ACFS Port Logistics opens warehouse in Perth
The 15,000 sqm facility will be located in Hazelmere, Western Australia, and will service 3rd party logistics (3PL), freight of all kinds (FAK) and e-commerce.
It will be a multi-site warehouse with 4 x recessed docks, racking capacity to store 20,484 pallets at 1.4 m, live scanning of inventory, high volume unpack / pack facility with reach stacker on site.
The warehouse will offer a fleet of trucks for FTL and LCL deliveries and will include a FCL container depot providing a 11,850 sqm container rated hardstand (780 teu).
According to ACFS, the facility will also have a 5 Star Green rating with a 99 kw solar system. ACFS Port Logistics was founded 2005 and offers full “port to final-mile” container freight logistic service in Australia. This end-to-end solution encompasses wharf cartage, transport (FCL, FTL, LCL), fully laden storage depots, rail intermodal terminals, 3PL warehouses and empty container yards. (ben)
