ABC expands presence in Asia
Moscow-based Airbridge Cargo Airlines (ABC) has strengthened its footprint in Asia by increasing frequencies to its online destinations. The move results from an average 5% annual growth rate in the region in the last five years as customers seek additional capacity and delivery solutions.
As of the end of March, the company’s schedule now includes six Shenzhen flights a week, eight Tokyo Narita services and two Ho Chi Minh City (photo) flights.
These destinations are already well-established in ABC’s international network, with Shenzhen the latest addition to its APAC stations. This centre of a special economic zone in the Pearl River Delta was launched at the end of 2018, and has been supported by stable customer demand, accommodating various types of cargoes, including those requiring special handling procedures.
