A strong year for business relocation
In 2021, on the eve of its 20th anniversary, Harder Logistics from Neu-Ulm (Germany) achieved its best business year to date.
While sales climbed by about 30%, earnings doubled. Plant relocations, industrial assembly and high-tech transports increased, especially in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, mechanical engineering and banking sectors. International business volumes, accounting for 40% of the total, continued to grow strongly.
According to Marcello Danieli, managing partner of Harder Logistics, the number of companies relocating to Eastern Europe for economic reasons continues to grow: "The EU is thus supporting serious distortions of competition in its own economic area."
Besides Neu-Ulm, the company also has offices in Ulm and Leipzig in Germany and Plovdiv in Bulgaria.
