A strategic transformation
Ceva Logistics, the logistics subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has created a new vertical organisation to give its customers easier access to the global logistics capabilities of its portfolio, which comprises air, ocean, ground and rail transport services, contract logistics, finished vehicle logistics, project logistics and customs solutions.
Bolloré Logistics, which was acquired by the CMA CGM Group on 29 February, will be integrated into this new organisational model, while Ceva and Bolloré will move forward under the unified "Ceva Logistics" brand. The rebranding process is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
Ceva generated pro forma 2023 revenue of USD 20.2 billion through transporting 1.9 million teu of ocean freight, 800,000 t of airfreight and managing 11.7 million sqm of warehouse space. (ah)
