A silk road in the Mexican skies
The Uzbek cargo carrier My Freighter and Aeromexico have launched a strategic interline partnership to boost cargo connectivity between Mexico and Central Asia.
Since 1 April the agreement has enabled seamless transfers, granting My Freighter access to Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, while Aeromexico has gained access to Tashkent and the RFS trucking network of its partners.
The partnership links Aeromexico’s B787 Dreamliner fleet with My Freighter's growing fleet of B767-300BCFs and a new B757-200F.
Framed as a modern silk road initiative, the collaboration aims to unlock new global routes and offer faster, broader freight solutions for clients worldwide. (ah)
