A seamless transition
After more than 16 years at Tip/Pema Switzerland, Eric Jecker, previously managing director, is leaving the truck and trailer leasing company to pursue other, non-professional activities and is officially handing over his role to his successor Micha Heusser (pictured). Jecker is well known in the transport industry.
Together with his local team, he built up and expanded the business in Switzerland and put Pema on the road to success with his experience and personal commitment.
Heusser, a seasoned industry expert, has been with the company for ten months. From day one, he has worked with Jecker as a dual leadership team to prepare and ultimately implement a seamless transition. (cj)
