A&R Logistics acquires L.T. Harnett
A&R Logistics, an American provider of supply chain services for the chemical industry, has taken over L.T. Harnett (LTH), which supplies bulk liquid transportation and logistics services to the chemical industry.
Following A&R's acquisition of First Choice Logistics in February 2020, LTH is the company's second acquisition of a liquid chemical supply chain services provider in the past six months.
With a network of five strategically located terminals in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, LTH provides over-the-road bulk transportation solutions to major North American liquid chemical producers and diversified industrial companies.
The entire LTH leadership team will join A&R at the time of the transaction and the Harnett family will become a major independent investor in the company. (mw)
