A promotion for Andrew Summers
Air Charter Service, a global aircraft charter broker with 35 offices worldwide, has appointed Andrew Summers to the role of regional director for ACS’s offices in mainland Europe.
Chris Leach, ACS’s chairman: “We believe that a dedicated focus on the continent is essential to our growth plans – a region that makes up 15% of the global economy. Over the past decade Summers has been head of our Middle East, Africa, and India region, based out of Dubai, and has done a fantastic job in growing our business in that region. We fully believe that he will be able to achieve the same success in Europe and increase our market share on the continent.”
Summers: “I have loved my time in the Middle East, but I am thrilled to be returning to the UK headquarters and taking on the European charter market. We have very strong teams in all seven of our offices in mainland Europe, and I’m looking forward to working closely with all of them.” (cj)
