A new project close to Hamburg
On its home turf in Hamburg, project developer Garbe Industrial Real Estate has purchased a plot of land in Lüneburg that is around 33,000 sqm in size and ready for development.
Garbe is planning to build a logistics property measuring approx. 20,000 sqm on this site. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2023. The company will invest EUR 33 million in the project.
The property, which Garbe bought from Sallier Bauträger, another real estate company, is located in the Lüneburg-Ost industrial park, only a few hundred metres from Lüneburg harbour and the Elbe Lateral Canal. (sh)
