A new hub in Vietnam
French contract logistics provider FM Logistic has opened a multi-client facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Built by NG Concept, the warehouse is located 43 km from Ho Chi Minh City centre and provides warehousing, handling, co-packing, distribution, and e-commerce services. It is intended to serve multiple customers simultaneously while mutualising the space and its resources to the demand fluctuation.
Spread across 20,000 sqm, the facility is equipped with 78 docks and also includes sustainable features such as solar panels, water treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, and the like.
Having already attracted prominent clients in the food and retail sectors, a first expansion of 16,000 sqm is planned for 2025 which will see the capacity of the warehouse reach 36,000 sqm. (mk)
