A new home at Heathrow
London-based freight forwarder Unsworth has opened its newest airfreight hub at Heathrow airport. Moving from previous headquarters in East London, the forwarder’s airfreight team will now position itself at a key hub for cargo operations.
The branch will provide import and export solutions to customers and work towards efficient air transport services. Mick Patterson, who moved to Unsworth from World Transport Agency earlier this year, will manage the office. The company can connect to its network of 200 offices in 100 countries from its base at Heathrow airport.
Unsworth has operated in the forwarding industry for 50 years, providing consumer, food and drink, automotive, electronics and industrial solutions. It is a member of the British International Freight Association. (mk)
