A new centre for Hoyer

A new 38,000 sqm logistics centre in the Dormagen Chempark (Germany) is one of the biggest and most complex greenfield projects that Hoyer has ever been involved in. It took around two years to build and started operations in stages in mid-2020.

Now around 20 employees working in five entities are in charge of managing supply chain processes there for local chemical industry firms. The newly-built logistics centre has enabled Hoyer to take another step forward in its contract logistics activities. The firm invested around EUR 25 million in the facility. (cd)
