A new air cargo manager for Linz airport
Christoph Wurm-Schmidtbauer has been heading the airfreight division at Linz airport since 1 January 2024. As a trained freight forwarder specialising in land-based freight transport and contact logistics, he brings a great deal of industry experience from the shipper’s perspective.
Wurm-Schmidtbauer will pursue a customer and solution-orientated cooperation with the primary goal of further strengthening the regional airport’s position as a major air cargo hub. In the coming weeks, he will therefore focus on gathering information on current issues in the airfreight sector in preparation for constructive discussions with customers and partners. (cj)
