À la carte from ECS
The ECS Group now offers an à-la-carte menu called ‘new abilities’, based on two decades of experience. ‘New abilities’ is the second pillar in the group’s augmented GSA concept, offering ten modules to support air cargo clients around the world.
The ‘all-in’ option improves on the ECS group’s established total cargo management solution, covering the full scope of cargo processes from sales, marketing, revenue optimisation, operations, claims handling through to chartering operations.
Single services, such as ‘quality stars’, offering back-office data administration, or ‘optimum’, assisting airlines in maximising cargo revenues, are also available, as is ‘ECS inside’, which supports staffing requirements, or ‘brainflow’ consultancy services, and ‘spotlight’ marketing concepts.
