Four Parx aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 1,000 t per year. A timber-hybrid structure and water-saving mechanisms will further enhance sustainability, the developer says. Situated in Hildesheim’s industrial district, the site has access to the motorway, providing connections to regional hubs as well as Hannover and its airport. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. (mk)
