A good year for the MLP Group
The Polish MLP Group, which specialises in logistics real estate, improved its position in 2021. MLP Group offers warehousing space in large-scale logistics facilities (big box) and business parks (urban/city logistics). Last year, the group increased the value of net assets (NAV) by 51% to PLN 1.82 billion (EUR 400 million).
The value of investment property increased by 46% to approximately PLN 3.4 billion (EUR 750 million). The group generated an income of PLN 632.3 million from ordinary activities, more than double (+112%) the previous year's figure.
MLP Group’s strategic goal remains to increase its footprint as project developer in Poland and the German, Austrian and Romanian markets. The company also plans to expand its activities in Benelux and Hungary in the near future. (sh)
