A good year for Frasers Property
Frasers Property Industrial, a manager of logistics estates in Europe and Australia, reports earnings before interest and taxes of EUR 244.3 million for 2023.
Its portfolio consists of 165 properties in five countries, mainly in New South Wales, where its eight projects comprise 250,000 sqm. It also has various projects in Victoria, the Netherlands and Germany. With these properties, the portfolio has a value of EUR 7.6 billion.
Regarding sustainability, Reini Otter, CEO, Frasers Property Industrial, says: "This sustainable innovation was demonstrated by receiving the Green Building Council of Australia's first 6-star Green Star Communities rating for a business park and maintaining our prominent position in GRESB results." The completion of thirteen further (greenfield) projects in Europe and Australia is planned for 2024-2025. (mk)
