Avianca Cargo has integrated its core system, iCargo, with DB Schenker's digital infrastructure, which makes it the first cargo airline in South America to link up its system with the global logistics service provider.
This integration will provide DB Schenker with real-time access to Avianca Cargo data, including availability, itineraries, rates, and the ability to manage bookings directly and 24/7. It will provide customers of the airline with access to a range of travel services, including itineraries, flight availability, and real-time pricing. Customers will be able to manage their reservations in a precise and efficient manner and follow up on their bookings from within the system.
By directly connecting iCargo with DB Schenker's system, instant and automated communication is established, streamlining the entire booking process from initial request to final confirmation. (cj)
