A direct link from Northern Europe to China
Hamburg-based carrier Hapag-Lloyd will soon replace its Far East Loop 6, 7 and 8 services. The shipping company is launching a new direct China Germany Express (CGX) service.
The two-port loop product will directly connect Northern Europe with Southern China on a weekly basis. Eight Panamax vessels will be deployed for the service. CGX will offer regular weekly departures with a 27 day transit time.
The first westbound sailing from Dachan Bay to Hamburg is scheduled for the beginning of April 2022, and the first eastbound sailing from Hamburg to Dachan Bay for the beginning of May 2022. (sh)
