A container train to the Black Sea
The new train connects Volgograd with Novorossiysk. The first test run was handled by RZD Logistics (RZDL) and Ruscon, both part of the Delo Group, and delivered chemical and industrial equipment from Ruscon’s new terminal in Orlova near Volgograd to Russia’s Black Sea coast.
The service will now operate regularly once a month on this route. RZDL said that the Orlova terminal will be expand freight handling capacities in the region. (ben)
